Who would win?

On Saturday, we went down to the rugby field to play against Te Papa Titans. We had to have a warm up so we don’t get sports injuries. We had to do some lineouts and scrum. Our coach picked the players playing in the game and then the game started. Marist had the kick off to start the game and Te Papa Titans caught the ball. Then we tackled some Te Papa Titans with the ball and they fall down.

Next, I passed the ball to Ole so that he could get a try for our team. We got the try and kicked the ball to the left side of the field so that we can chase the ball. Te Papa Titans got the ball and slipped on the grass so we ripped the ball off them. Tai was running fast to the try line and he defended the Te Papa Titans in the shoulder. He got the try for the team so we had the kick off again.

When Te Papa Titans got the ball, they dropped it on the grass and made a knock on. Next the whistle blew and it was halftime. Our coach said that we are winning the game that the score was 3 - 5. the rugby game started and we got to kick off to start the game. I pass the ball to Aiden and he a was running to get a try for the team.

The game was nearly finish that we was beating them because they lose the four games that we won against. The game was so the best game that we almost lose to them.  The game was finish and we win against Te Papa Titans. Our team was the happy team to win the game and I went home.

It was my favourite game because it was a sunny day.

We are learning how to write a recount.
I know this when I write events in order about my rugby game.
