Do you want to make a carrot and zucchini muffin?

           Materials
  •        2 self raising flour
  •       2 tablespoon brown sugar
  •       ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  •         1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •        1 cup grate carrot
  •        1  cup grate zucchini
  •        ½ pecan nuts
  •        2 eggs
  •        ¾ cup buttermilk
  •        ½  cup canola oil

           Instructions
  1. Before you begin, turn the oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. While the oven is heating, put flour, sugar, soda and
  3. cinnamon into sifter and sift it to a large bowl.
  4. Grate the carrot and zucchini, chop the nets and add these to the sift ingredients.
  5. In separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork.
  6. Make a well in the centre of the ingredients and add beaten eggs, milk and oil.
  7. Mix with a fork until the ingredients are combined.
  8. Be careful not to mix all the ingredients to long or your  muffin might be tough.
  9. Drop large tablespoon of mixture into non-stick muffin tins.
  10. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  11. Eat them while they're warm.
