Materials:
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups (190 to 250g) all purpose flour
- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 1/2 cup (43g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup (1 stick/230g) butter melted
- 1/2 cup (84g) chocolate chips
- Suggested toppings: chocolate chips, icing, butter,strawberries
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, soda and salt in a medium bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter into the bowl and mix together.
- Bake until the muffin rise and put a toothpick in the centre and if it comes out clean then it is ready.. This should take about 18 to 20 minutes.
- Take the tray out for it to cool completely on a rack.
